If you become dissatisfied with Launcharoo, you may be eligible for Launcharoo's money back guarantee! Refunds will be issued for:

• Termination of hosting due to technical difficulties*
• Termination of hosting during initial 30 days of account

Restrictions

• *Technical difficulties apply only to the Launcharoo side (e.g., lightning strikes the data center, bringing your site down for a few hours). Refunds will not be issued for problems arising from customer changes (e.g., invalid code crashes the website)
• A refund will be issued for no more than the initial account charges (monthly or annual cost plus setup fee).
• Refunds may be partial or complete depending on reason for refund.
• Launcharoo will be the sole arbiter as to what amount of refund will be given, and reserves the right to provide no refund if it feels a customer is being unreasonable in their request.
